Casting platform for agencies that cast for many clients at once

PostModels is a casting platform for agencies. Run castings for each client in its own workspace, collect applications from ID verified adult models, share view-only shortlists with clients, message and book in one place, and pay models through the platform. The Agency plan is $149 a month billed yearly with 5 seats and unlimited shortlists.

  • Adults 18+ only.
  • Every model is ID and age verified.
  • Every brand is a verified, paying business.

01

Client castings break down in spreadsheets and email threads

A typical agency casting looks like this. A producer posts a brief in three places, collects headshots in a shared folder, pastes names into a spreadsheet, exports a PDF for the client, waits for comments by email, then chases availability one model at a time. When the client changes the date, everything starts again. Multiply that by every client on the roster and casting eats the week.

PostModels keeps the whole casting in one place, from brief to payout, and gives the client a clean link to review without another login.

02

Every client gets its own workspace

Brand producers choosing models from printed comp cards

Create a workspace per client and keep their castings, shortlists and bookings apart. A producer working on a beauty account never mixes applicants with the sportswear account. Switch between clients from one menu. Casting templates store the briefs you repeat, such as the monthly UGC round or the seasonal e-commerce shoot, so a new casting takes a minute instead of an hour.

03

Shortlists your clients can open without an account

Build a shortlist, add notes on each model and send the client a link. The client sees photos, measurements, rates and your notes in a clean view-only page. No login, no download, no PDF that is out of date by lunch. You can make as many shortlists as you need on the Agency plan, so one per role, one per round or one per client stakeholder all work.

  • Unlimited shortlists per workspace
  • View-only links that you can turn off at any time
  • Notes per model so the client knows why you picked them
  • Bulk message everyone on a shortlist to confirm availability or request a self-tape

04

Your team works in the same account with clear roles

The Agency plan includes 5 seats. Give each person a role.

Role What they can do
Owner Billing, plans, seats, every workspace and casting
Producer Create castings, review applicants, shortlist, message and book
Viewer See castings, applicants and shortlists without changing anything

Need more seats, single sign-on or an audit log? The Studio plan adds 15 seats, roles and permissions, SSO and an audit log. See security for details.

How an agency casting runs on PostModels

  1. 1

Brief. Start from a template or a blank casting. Set roles, city or remote, dates, budget and usage rights for the client.

  2. 2

Reach. Verified models who match apply. Use talent search to invite specific models, up to 300 messages a month to models who have not applied.

  3. 3

Filter. Review applications with photos, measurements, rates, availability and verified social stats in one board.

  4. 4

Share. Send the client a shortlist link and collect a decision.

  5. 5

Book. Send booking requests with fee, hours and usage rights. Each accepted request becomes a written booking agreement.

  6. 6

Pay. Pay through PostModels. The payment is held until the job is done, then released to the model minus a 10 percent platform fee.

  7. 7

Report. Export applicants as CSV for your records or the client recap.

Built for the castings agencies run every week

If you mostly run castings as software for your own team, see casting management software. For event staffing in particular, see promotional models.

  • A social agency runs monthly UGC rounds for several skincare and food brands, each in its own workspace
  • An event agency staffs promotional models for a launch in Miami and confirms all of them with one bulk message
  • A creative agency casts a lifestyle campaign in Los Angeles and gets client sign-off from a shortlist link
  • A production company books hand and fitness models for a commercial shoot and keeps the agreements in one place

You can, and for exclusive fashion talent you may still want to. For UGC, e-commerce, social and event work, PostModels removes the roughly 20 percent agency commission, brings you verified applicants directly and lets you choose. You keep the client relationship and the margin.

Yes. Every shortlist has a view-only link. Clients see photos, measurements, rates and your notes without logging in. You can turn the link off whenever you want.

Usage rights are set per casting and written into each booking agreement: channels, duration and territory. Use the client's real usage plan so the agreement matches what the client will run.

You pay models through PostModels when a booking is confirmed. The payment is held and released to the model after the job, minus a 10 percent platform fee. Your receipts and subscription invoices are in the panel, so you can rebill your client with your own markup.

You see a heads-up at 80 percent. You can upgrade to Studio and the higher limits apply right away, with the price difference charged at once. Deleting a casting does not free up usage.
