Casting platform for brands that need models this month, not next quarter

PostModels is a casting platform for brands. You post a paid casting for UGC, e-commerce photos, social content or an event, and ID verified adult models apply. You review, shortlist, message, book with a written agreement and pay through the platform. Plans start at $49 a month billed yearly, with no agency commission.

Finding the right model should not take a week of emails

Most brand teams find models one of two ways. They pay an agency around 20 percent on top of the fee and wait days for options. Or they post in a group and get two hundred replies from people who never read the brief, half of them in the wrong city. Neither works when the product drop is in ten days.

PostModels gives you a third way. You write one clear brief, verified models who fit it apply, and you pick. You do the casting yourself, with tools built for it, and pay a flat subscription instead of a commission.

One brief in, a booked model out

  1. 1

Post the casting. Choose the type (UGC, e-commerce, social, fashion, beauty, fitness, events or commercial), city or remote, shoot date, deadline, budget range and the roles you need. Add usage rights in plain words, for example 12 months of paid social in the US.

  2. 2

Review applicants. Each application shows photos, measurements, sizes, rates, availability, verified social stats and a short note. Sort and filter without opening fifty tabs.

  3. 3

Shortlist and compare. Save the best fits to a shortlist, add notes and compare side by side.

  4. 4

Message and confirm. Ask for a self-tape, a quick video or availability on a second date in the inbox. You can also invite models who have not applied, up to 50 a month on the Brand plan.

  5. 5

Book with an agreement. The booking request sets date, hours, fee and usage rights. When the model accepts, both sides have a written booking agreement.

  6. 6

Pay and get your invoice. You pay through PostModels when the booking is confirmed. The payment is held until the job is done and your invoice is in the panel.

03

Search for talent when you know exactly who you need

Sometimes you do not want to wait for applications. Talent search lets you filter verified models by country, city and radius, remote UGC, gender, age range over 18, height, sizes, hair and eye color, skills, languages, rates, follower counts and availability. Find a size 12 model in Austin who is free next Tuesday, or a hand model with short nails who can travel to Chicago. Then invite them to your casting.

If you need models for a specific job, our pages on how to hire models, model booking and promotional models walk through each case.

04

Usage rights are written down before anyone shows up

Usage is where most model bookings go wrong. A brand shoots for organic social, then runs the video as a paid ad for a year, and the model asks for more money. On PostModels you set usage per casting: where the content runs (organic social, paid social, website, email, print, out of home), for how long, and in which countries. Models see it before they apply. The same terms go into the booking agreement both sides accept. When legal asks what you are allowed to do with the content, you have the answer in writing.

05

Paying models takes one step and comes with an invoice

No more collecting tax forms by email or sending money to personal accounts. You pay the booking fee through PostModels with a card. The model is paid out to their own payout account after the job. A 10 percent platform fee applies to bookings paid through PostModels and comes out of the booking amount. Your subscription invoices and booking receipts sit in one place for your finance team.

06

Verified models, verified brands, held payments

Every model passes ID and age verification before their profile goes live, so you only see adults with real identities. Your brand is verified by business email domain or website. Payments are held by the platform until the work is done, which protects you and the model. Read more on model safety.

What brands use PostModels for

  • A skincare brand books three UGC creators every month for fresh TikTok and Reels ads
  • An online clothing store casts two models for a two-day product shoot on a white sweep
  • A supplement brand finds a fitness model in Miami for a gym shoot and a month of social posts

  • A jewelry label hires a hand model for macro close-ups for its new site

There is no 20 percent agency commission, matching models are notified when your casting goes live, and you choose who you book. You pay a flat subscription and a 10 percent platform fee on bookings paid through PostModels. Agencies are still great for high fashion and exclusive talent. For commercial, UGC and e-commerce work, most brands do not need one.

You set usage rights per casting, and they are written into the booking agreement. The agreement states where the content can run, for how long and in which countries. Anything beyond that needs a new agreement with the model.

You pay through PostModels when the booking is confirmed. The model is paid out after the job. Your subscription invoices and booking receipts are in your panel. A 10 percent platform fee applies to bookings paid through the platform.

The Brand plan has one seat. The Agency plan has 5 seats with roles and shareable shortlist links that people outside your account can view without logging in. Studio adds 15 seats and single sign-on.

Matching models are notified when your casting goes live, so applications can start the same day. How fast you book depends on how clear your brief is, your budget and your location.

Yes, anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and the plan does not renew.
