Model booking on PostModels turns a shortlist into a confirmed job in minutes. You send a booking request with date, call time, rate and usage rights, the model accepts, both sides sign the booking agreement and you pay through the platform. The payment is held and released to the model after the job.

Most booking mistakes happen after the casting

Finding the right model is only half the job. The expensive problems start later: a model who never confirmed the call time, a usage clause nobody wrote down, a paid ad that runs two years longer than anyone agreed, an invoice lost in someone's inbox. Producers spend hours stitching together email, a contract template, a calendar invite and a payment request.

PostModels keeps all of that in one booking record that both sides can see.

02

Every booking holds the same seven details

Brand producers choosing models from printed comp cards
Field Example
Job Lifestyle shoot for a meal kit brand, kitchen scenes
Date and call time Tuesday, 8:00 AM call, wrap by 2:00 PM
Location Studio address shared after acceptance, or remote
Rate $650 for the half day
Usage rights Website and organic social, US, 12 months
Deliverables For UGC, three vertical videos with raw files
Cancellation terms What is paid if either side cancels late

Because usage rights are set per casting and written into the booking agreement, nobody has to remember what was promised. If you later want to run the images in paid ads or print, you agree an extension with the model as a new term.

Book models in five steps

  1. 1

Post a casting or find a model through talent search.

  2. 2

Shortlist and message to confirm availability and wardrobe.

  3. 3

Send a booking request with the fields above.

  4. 4

The model accepts and both sides sign the booking agreement.

  5. 5

Pay the booking through PostModels. The platform holds the payment and releases it to the model's payout account after the job.

Held payment protects both sides

Models show up with confidence because the money is already committed. Brands keep control because the payment is released after the job, not weeks before it. There is no net 30 invoice to chase and no card details passing through DMs. The platform fee is 10 percent on bookings paid through PostModels.

Booking direct saves the agency markup and hours of admin

Here is a simple comparison for one half day lifestyle booking at a $600 model fee.

Cost line Through a traditional agency Booked on PostModels
Model fee $600 $600
Agency service fee, commonly around 20 percent $120 Not charged
Platform fee on the booking Not charged $60
Contract and usage paperwork Separate template Built into the booking
Time to confirm Days of email Same day once the model accepts

For a team that books several models a month, the saved markup alone often covers the plan. Agency and studio teams get more from shared tools, such as client workspaces and shareable shortlist links that clients can view without logging in. See all limits on pricing.

05

The right plan depends on how many bookings you run

Plan Who it fits Price
Brand In-house marketing and e-commerce teams $49 a month billed yearly, or $99 monthly
Agency Producers booking for several clients $149 a month billed yearly, or $299 monthly
Studio Studios and large teams with high volume $399 a month billed yearly, or $799 monthly
