- Role and type, such as "female presenting, 30 to 40, warm and approachable, for a home insurance lifestyle shoot"
- Date, call time, length (half day or full day) and exact city or studio
- Rate for the model and whether it includes usage
- Usage rights: media (website, organic social, paid social, print), territory and term, for example "US, 12 months"
- Wardrobe notes and anything the model must bring
- Deliverables for UGC, such as "three 30 second videos, vertical, raw files"
