Casting management software for agencies and studios
PostModels is casting management software and a talent marketplace in one. Your team posts castings, collects applicants from verified adult models, builds shortlists, shares them with clients by link, messages talent, signs booking agreements with usage rights and pays models, all in shared client workspaces with roles. No separate spreadsheet, inbox or payment tool.
- Adults 18+ only.
- Every model is ID and age verified.
- Every brand is a verified, paying business.
01
Casting teams lose hours between tools
A typical casting week at a production company or social agency runs across five tools. A form or email collects submissions. A spreadsheet tracks who is on hold. A slide deck becomes the client shortlist. A contract template lives in a shared drive. Payments go out through accounting weeks later. Each handoff is a chance to lose a model's availability, send the wrong version to a client or forget a usage term.
Casting management software exists to collapse that into one record per casting. PostModels goes one step further, because the talent pool is already inside it.

Casting director software built around the shortlist
| Task | How PostModels handles it |
|---|---|
| Post castings | Templates for repeat jobs, city or remote, rate, usage and deliverables |
| Collect applicants | Verified adult models apply with photos, video, sizes and a note |
| Find more talent | Talent search with filters and messages to models who have not applied |
| Build shortlists | Unlimited shortlists on Agency and Studio |
| Get client approval | Shareable shortlist links that clients view without a login |
| Keep clients separate | Client workspaces, one per brand you cast for |
| Talk to talent | Messages and bulk messages to a whole shortlist |
| Contract | Booking agreement with usage rights per casting |
| Pay | Booking payment held by the platform and released to the model after the job |
| Report | CSV export of applicants for your own records |
Roles keep the right people in the right place
Every Agency account includes 5 seats with three roles. Owners manage billing and seats. Producers post castings, shortlist, message and book. Viewers can see castings and shortlists without changing anything, which suits account managers and junior staff. Studio accounts add 15 seats, finer permissions, SSO with Google Workspace or SAML and an audit log of who changed what.
03
Faster shortlists and no commission on the model fee
Time is where casting software pays for itself. When applicants, notes and availability already sit in one place, a shortlist that used to take a morning of copying photos into slides becomes a link you send in minutes. Clients comment on the same shortlist instead of replying to three email threads.
Money is the second line. A traditional agency route commonly adds a service fee of around 20 percent to the model fee. On PostModels the booking carries a 10 percent platform fee and nothing on top, while your plan covers the software for the whole team.
- One plan replaces a submissions form, a spreadsheet, a deck tool and a contract template
- Verified models remove time spent checking that applicants are real adults
- Usage rights written into every booking reduce disputes after a campaign runs
- Held payments mean no invoice chasing for talent and fewer calls to your accounts team
